Each donor OPU is represented by an individual card on the appointment. The details of the OPU are broken out be individual sections on the card.
Each IVF is represented on the same card, with details about the sire(s) used.
Embryo Transfer / Freeze
The embryos produced from the IVF process are tracked for each mating. Frozen embryos are inventoried for reference and future use.
